Jeremy Thomas has had a passion for art since he was very young and obtained a degree in graphic art before enjoying 15 years working as a primary school teacher. He was brought up in Ebw Vale, Wales.

Since September 2018, and as voluntary Artist in Residence for Saint Mary’s Priory in Abergavenny, Jeremy commenced The Human One project which aims to tell the story of the Gospels through art. The notion is to produce thirty images, one for each piece of silver that was paid to Judas Iscariot for the betrayal of Jesus. This body of work illustrates key moments in the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The artist has self-funded the exhibition tour. To view more art by Jeremy Thomas, visit the website www.jeremythomasart.co.uk
