Ash Wednesday and Lent Lent is a precious season in the Church year and an important time and opportunity for deepening our journey in faith. This year we shall be holding an evening Ash Wednesday Service in each of our five Team Churches to offer everyone the easiest opportunity of marking the beginning of this holy season (*22nd February*). All of the services will be at 7.30pm except for All Saints’ where the usual Wednesday evening 7.00pm time will be kept
Saturday Morning Men’s Breakfast New Season Commences Saturday 11th February 9am to 10amin The Old Grammar School. Cooked breakfast at 9am followed by open discussion & reflection, with Dan Caldwell and Parish Evangelist, Charlie Ford. Future meetings; 10th March, 5th May and 9th June. Welland Community Centre – Have Your Say A new Community Centre is proposed for Market Harborough at the site of the existing Welland Park Cafe. It will be a centre for a whole range of community activity including events, meetings, sport and leisure, and a café that will also provide employment training for disabled people. The proposal has been developed by a partnership of Harborough Improvement Team, Harborough District Council, Self Unlimited and Leicestershire County Council. Now the partnership is developing a feasibility study and wants to hear your comments on the project. 	Sunday 12th February at 3pm Harborough Collective Concert. ‘Love Songs’, a Valentine’s Concert. Next concert in series will be ‘A Bohemian Rhapsody’ on 19th February. Tea and biscuits are served after the concerts giving everyone a chance to chat and meet with the musicians.
